I have had surgery as an outpatient.

Dr. Neiman
and Associates,
Thank You.
Thank You.
Thank You.
Is that
enough? Probably not. Not for all that you all have done.
After
almost a year of using a Hair System, (Big Mistake) I finally came
to you. I can not believe the results. I seem to have more hair now
than I’ve had in years and it is all natural. I can comb it, wash it,
and dry it any way I want because it is all natural. I can be normal
without feeling inadequate. No more trying to comb over. (Did I
mention it was natural?)
With this
feeling of normalcy my general attitude has improved as well. I am
going out more and having more fun than I have in years. I no longer
feel as if people are staring at me or laughing at me behind my back.
People
have said I have changed over the last year. I am more laid back … easy
going if you would. I owe this new outlook and attitude to you and your
staff and the terrific job you did on my hair. The wonderful job you
have done has made me a new man. I cannot thank you enough. My only
regret is that I did not do it earlier. Too soon old (looking) too late
smart.
Thank You,
Kenneth

Dear Dr.
Neiman and Professional Staff,
I would
like to thank you all for the professional treatment I received for the
first hair transplant in September of 95. As a patient, I would
like to say that your office is a first class operation, and I would
recommend anyone considering having a hair transplant to see you.
I was very
unsure of what I was doing at first, because of the various articles I
read, but the results of my first transplant are unbelievable. There is
no way anyone or myself can determine what hair has been transplanted!
I am very happy with my results.
I will be
in contact with your office to make an appointment for my second and
final transplant, which should finish the job nicely.
Thank you
all again for an excellent job well done, and I would hope you will show
this letter to those that are skeptical about having this type of work
done.
Sincerely,
Joseph

Dear
Dr. Neiman,
I
wanted to say thank you for doing a great job with my transplant.
Hopefully in a few months I’ll have some hair where it was bare. I
especially want to commend you on hiring an unbelievable staff. I still
can’t believe how professional & talented they are & how comfortable
they made me feel. The whole experience was a pleasure. I’ll surely
pass the word. See you in a few months!

In the early eighties I was fortunate enough to have someone
that I worked with tell me that she could tell that I was going to lose
my hair. A doctor told me that it was true, but the loss would take
several years. In the early nineties, I was soon to be married and
thought it was my duty to advise my future wife of my hair prognosis. I
told her that I had money set aside for the day when I would need a
transplant. She told me that it didn’t matter, but I still maintained
the account that we referred to as “The Hair Account”.
Over the next decade my hair did in fact disappear. So slow
you almost couldn’t tell until the day came when I realized that I was
now to be referred to as “a bald guy”. With a couple of kids and a
life to run, I didn’t give much thought to a hair transplant. And then
the opportunity arose. I went to see Dr. Joseph Neiman for an
evaluation. Not everyone is a candidate. I felt very odd and
self-conscious being at a doctors office for something so non-life
threatening. The doctor asked me of my expectations and poked around a
little at my “donor site”. He told me that my donor site was
good and that I was a candidate so I scheduled my first procedure.
On the day of my surgery I was enthusiastically greeted
by the staff and by Dr Neiman. The doctor asked me if I was excited. I
lied and said that I was. I actually was a little concerned about the
pain of it all and this fact caused me to have a little trouble focusing
on what the end result would be. He asked me if I would be parting my
hair or combing it back once the hair came in. I just laughed inside as
I recalled that I didn't have my hair since Pintos were rolling off the
assembly line in Detroit and I don’t have a clue where on my head it
was. Photos of my head were taken and Dr. Neiman mapped out where
my new hairline would be. I was given some medication to help me relax,
and then the donor area of my head was numbed up. Lying face down on the
operating chair, my hair was harvested in one thin long strip and handed
off to a team of assistants for cutting and sorting. The color, size,
and angle of each of the grafts were noted.
The top of my head was anesthetized and the doctor
began poking hundreds of slits in my scalp that would become the home of
my relocated “hair producing” skin. By noon the road map to hairdom
was in place, and it was time for a break. I was presented with a nice
lunch as a TV/VCR was rolled in to the room, I could then watch movies
for the afternoon while the Neimanites planted the hundreds of grafts
into my “Lite-Brite” looking head.
At around 4:30 the procedure was done, and I was sent
on my way. The next morning I was back in for a post-op check-up. You
don’t all of the sudden have this massive head of hair. Your head
looks pretty much the same as when you went in. Upon further scrutiny
you can see all of the little grafts spread across your scalp in a
natural looking pattern. It is at this time when it hits you. The garden
is now planted. The hair will be coming. It is truly amazing.
For years I had watched as my hair had disappeared and
now that process was reversed. Over the next couple of months, the hair
starts to slowly pop out… like buds after a spring shower.
Some would say that this is a procedure for the vain. I
would disagree. For myself, I always try to do the best that I can, look
the best that I can, and use whatever resources are available to me. It
would be a waste not to. Admittedly, there is a little discomfort
involved, however it is very tolerable and the staff goes to great
lengths to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
I have had several transplant sessions. It is up to the
individual and the available donor site as to how far they want to go.
People that know that I have had a transplant remark as to how natural
it looks. People that don’t know about it simply don’t know.
My hair is not everything in my life…far from it. It
is, however, one less thing that I have to worry about, and it is fun to
watch it grow back. A lot more fun than watching it disappear.

Dear Dr.
Neiman,
I hope you
and your staff are doing very well. I apologize for missing my
appointment to inspect my second transplant that was done last February.
I have been extremely busy with business, and am thankful for that
and for my new head of hair!
I still do
wish that I can make it back there soon for you all to see me again and
to marvel at what you have done to me. I have never felt so satisfied
with my appearance since my early and late twenties. Even though I know
that my hair is not as thick as it used to, it does no matter, because
to me what you have done is like a miracle of rejuvenation.
All my
friends and relatives cannot believe that I had a surgical procedure
that has changed my appearance without showing them my pictures before I
had anything done. people get used to seeing you day in and day out and
it is like… did you shave your mustache or beard, you look different,
younger? but then others who are much closer to me will straight out say
your hair looks great, you look good, You have a lot more hair and it
looks thick and good.
I brag about it,
and I have no fear or shame to tell all that I am very proud recipient
of a successful, skillful artistic hair transplant. To this day I am a
spokesman for anybody that has questions about it. I refer you any
chance that I get. Please be patient with me, I do plan on seeing you
all again, and believe it or not, I am still considering one more
procedure? Am I crazy!! Like you said a long time ago, this does get
addicting.
Sincerely,
Erminio D.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neiman's for 20 years. The entire staff at
the Neiman Center has always been competent, professional, caring and
friendly. This tone is set by Dr. Neiman himself and ensures a positive
experience for patients. No one person exudes these qualities more
than your Physician's Assistants, They are very dedicated professionals who are
always sensitive to the needs of their patients. Your P.A.'s always make sure
that the patient is well informed and often take that extra time to
ease your patients concerns. All patients are not the same. It is rare to
find such individual's in the medical community today.

Caring
and competent is how I begin to describe the entire staff at the Neiman
Center. Every time I leave the office, I am confident that the best service
has been provided for me. All questions are answered thoroughly; sometimes
other professionals are called in to elaborate and expand! Sensitivity to
privacy and gentle touch are constants. Thoroughness to detail, immaculate
rooms and facilities are always at hand. The staff is so flexible and
attentative! The sincere questions and listening response have helped to put
me at ease from day one. It is refreshing to see the office personnel who
work with Dr. Neiman go that "extra mile" for the patient. -

COSMETIC SERVICES

To All of you -
Just a little expression of my gratitude for all
the joy you bring! I always walk out happy, relaxed and with a smile on my
face.
Theresa and Caroline - you are awesome! I so
enjoy your facials and our conversations. And all the staff - you are great,
accommodating and pleasant!
I hope you enjoy this box of candy! - Sue H.

Epilight hair removal appointments with Karen,
Lauren, and Gineen have been quite productive. All three Registered Nurses
are very well versed in the epilight technique. The women have adjusted the
machine to be most comfortable for me while being most efficient at hair
removal. I have had axilla, bikini, and back of the neck hair removal
done. The only limiting drawback has been avoiding sunshine before and
after epi treatments. The nurses have always had very satisfactory answers
to all of my questions while proactively discussing possible unwanted side
effects or discomforts. I have experienced no adverse reactions to epilight.
The joy of less or no hair in these difficult to shave areas has been
wonderful. This has improved and simplified my public life greatly!
Sincerely,
Roz

Dr. Neiman,
Today was my first Epilight treatment, and I write to tell you what a
pleasant experience your nurse, Karen, made for me.
First and foremost, she accommodated my schedule by seeing me at 8:00 am
(before office hours). She also thoroughly explained the procedure in
detail, and "counted down" prior to activating the flash of light. I look
forward to continuing the treatment.
It has always been a pleasure treating with you. Your office is run in a
professional yet friendly manner. Too often people take the time to
complain, but not often enough to thank. I look forward to continuing the
treatment.

It is with great enthusiasm that I can recommend
Microdermabrasion. An Aesthetician's goal, always, is to promote good
health and wellness. Your Aestheticians are always meticulous about cleanliness.
They gently wipe
and swipe my face and neck, encouraging the blood flow to the head and
neck. All the while educating me about ways to protect my face and
body from the harmful effect of the sun and life in general! These days I
look forward to the maintenance appointments and am disappointed
when the relaxing technique and atmosphere concludes.
Sincerely,
Roz
